So this is what I'm going to use as a blog from India. Today I finally booked all my internal flights. I seem to have to go through Delhi a lot. Mumbai to Delhi to Srinagar, Srinagar to Delhi to Varanasi, Varanasi to Delhi to Mumbai. Actually I'm not flying to Varanasi from Delhi, I'm going to try and take the train. Hope that works or else I'm not going to Varanasi.

I have a book on China that describes a "factory" in just the same way - scattered groups of people working on separate parts, families living with them. It's dangerous and less efficient, but it has some strong points too. How do I access pictures? Mom
Ben - are you getting these comments? Missed your last two phone calls. Go the MDay flowers, thanks so much. That place sounds horrible - so glad you left. How are the Himilayas? Best time to call are between 7:30 and 9am, or the same times at night. Don't know how that translates to Himilayan time, but please keep trying. I have never had a son in the Himilayas before, and it seems very far away. Love, Mom
